Research and/or Product development (R/P Dev) at Large enterprises require the understanding of the policy, technical/documentation procedures and communication skills. We have more than 10 years experience performing project working in the international LE, and cross continental project works with multi-national team members. We are qualified in green-belt methodology (Philips system) and project management.
We provide project managment service to LEs to save your training and overhead costs.
PPP Acquisition
It is true that acquiring PPP funnding is not easy for industries, especially they are always driven by governments. We have long history to help industries / academics to acquire R&D fundings from PPP, including FP7/Eniac from EU and 863 from China.
We provide consultancy service for the industries / academics to contribute the organize and acquire the PPP fundings (including proposal drafting).
SME RD Dev
Unlike LE / PPP, the Research and Development in SME shows different characteristics. In general, SMEs are more flexible and mobile, and requires fast and accurate targeting of the customer / market and quick responses. Based on the advanced management theories, we have studied these aspects and the development of many SMEs, and result in a new R&D project framework for SMEs, which could contribute the development of SMEs by helping them fast defining the customer need and building know-how database.
We provide consultance /training service for the SMEs.
