Dr. Cadmus Yuan obtained his PhD from Mechanical Engr., Tsing Hua University Taiwan (2005). He was postdoc in Technical University of Delft (2007). He worked in the Netherlands and China for 11 years.

Dr. Yuan is expert in scientific modeling, he published 100 papers, 7 book chapters and 35 IPs. More than that, he is also skillful in the project managements. He initialized and executed more than 12 international/national projects, including FP7/Eniac/863. He was program director in State Key Laboratory for SSL, leading the group of advanced packaging and system integration (APSI), which focused on the lifetime (reliability) control, reliability research of new packaging concept and multi-function integration.

Dr. Yuan joined Ichijouriki at 2015. He is currently our chief scientist and responsible for new technology platform development.
