An IJR project is expected to be executed by 3 phases:
PHASE I: Customer Needs
Since IJR and customer(s) show the interest of this peoject, the corresponding team should be first formed.
After the mutual understanding of two parties, a contract (or equivalent collaboration memo) should be signed.
The detail customer need(s) would be collected and confirmed by the customer.
The process of quality function deployment (QFD) will be carried out to analyze the customer need(s).
PHASE II: Project Execution
The project execution plan will be drafted according to the customer need(s) and approved by the customer.
The project will be then executed accordingly and with proper management (depending on the characteristics of the project and the customers).
The project results will be reported regulaly.
PHASE III: Aftercares
After the project execution, all relavent project documents will be collected.
The project will be then approved by the customer.
The aftercare plan will be drafted and executed.
