An IJR project is expected to be executed by 3 phases:

PHASE I: Customer Needs

  • Since IJR and customer(s) show the interest of this peoject, the corresponding team should be first formed.

  • After the mutual understanding of two parties, a contract (or equivalent collaboration memo) should be signed.

  • The detail customer need(s) would be collected and confirmed by the customer.

  • The process of quality function deployment (QFD) will be carried out to analyze the customer need(s).

PHASE II: Project Execution

  • The project execution plan will be drafted according to the customer need(s) and approved by the customer.

  • The project will be then executed accordingly and with proper management (depending on the characteristics of the project and the customers).

  • The project results will be reported regulaly.

PHASE III: Aftercares

  • After the project execution, all relavent project documents will be collected.

  • The project will be then approved by the customer.

  • The aftercare plan will be drafted and executed.
